We are looking for part timers that we pay by hour to work remotely in helping customers with complaints and questions, and give customers information about our services and products.
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional approach toward consumers.
Acknowledging our products and delivering excellent support in resolving customer complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Excellent internet connection since a suitable candidate will have to work remotely.
Positive working attitude and ability to handle customers.
Familiar with Facebook Business’s messenger.
Experience in working with customer support but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
