- Practice proper planning and organizing on superior's business trip, to schedule appointment with prospect tenant and submit report after the meeting. Study and research prospect tenants' brand and information, and update to superior before meeting with prospect.

- Prepare and follow on Tenant’s execution of Head of Terms (H.O.T), Letter of Offer, Renewal Letter of Offer, License Agreement for Advertisement Board, Temporary Promotional Space for respective outlets, reviewing Tenancy Agreement (especially for Telco Tenant at Rooftop for respective outlets), etc.

- To liaise with lawyers on the Letter of Offer (LO)/ Tenancy Agreement (TA) to ensure that all agreements in a proper manner.

- Assist to check on M& E Provision, Marketing Floor Plan of Sunshine Mall.

- Update Sunshine Mall Tenant Mix and Tenant master list. Upkeep and proper filing all correspondences with Tenants.

- Prepare monthly report, monitoring Rental and Utilities Charges collection.

- Issue Reminder Letter on outstanding monthly rental and utilities charges, Notice of Demand, Termination of Tenancy, and other Ad-hoc letters, etc…

- To submit refund of Deposits to Tenant after Tenancy Expiry Date and to ensure no any further outstanding due by the Tenant.

- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management from time to time.
