HYT Cross Border Sdn Bhd (1263734-X) is the general distributor of T Mall Msiamall which was officially launched on 12th April 2018. The company was set up with the collaboration of Guangdong eCommerce Association and Guangdong Wotianxia Supply Chain Management. The aim is to provide a platform for Malaysian manufacturers / suppliers and agents of Malaysian manufacturers in China to expand their products to the eCommerce market that covers 90% of online consumers in China. HYT provides Malaysian companies with one-stop services for customs clearance, logistics, warehousing and trademark registrations applications. Msiamall is built on Alibaba's Tmall platform and is supported by Sekretariat Pembangunan Usahawan Malaysia (SAME) and MATRADE. With Alibaba as a strategic partner, covering 350 distribution networks in China and with its vast experience in e-commerce/cross border/traditional logistics operations, T Mall Msiamall is geared to help local Malaysian industries to promote their products and brands in China online and offline.

Job Description

HYT CROSS BORDER SDN BHD
An Account Executive, or Key Account Executive, works directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them. Their duties include regularly meeting quotas, goals, and other forms of client expectations, helping clients understand the limits of their budget or resources, and consistently meeting project deadlines laid out by the client.
**Account Responsibilities **
· Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
· Reaching out to prospects.
· Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
· Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
· Compiling and analysing data to find trends.
· Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
· Staying current on company offerings and industry trends. Maintaining a database of contact information.
· Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
· Handling negotiations.

**Account Requirement **
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Additional education or experience may be preferred.
· Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
· The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
· Strong time management skills.
· Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
· Language: English and Malay - Chinese bonus
