Job Description

i. Work on RFQ/Tender processes, taking-off, BQ preparation. ii. Work on enquiries of quotations, tender evaluation & report and etc. iii. Prepare contract document, tender document, pre-qualification document for typical project. iv. Prepare budgeting, cost control and cost analysis for tendering stage and ongoing projects. v. Accountable for pre and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, and final accounts. vi. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Job Requirements

i. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor equivalent. ii. Experience in Electrical/ELV industry will be added advantage. iii. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. iv. Candidate must possess basic knowledge in Computing, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. v. Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. vi. Possess own transport.
