Job Description

1. Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events; 2. Implement creative and innovative aspects of each event including theme, decoration and design; 3. Communicate internally and externally in the upmost effective manner throughout the event execution; 4. Maintain the full set of documentation and relevant materials, 5. Analyse programme outcome and generate reports on programmes and activities 6. Provide supervision and guidance to team members to ensure effective execution of programmes in accordance with objectives;

Job Requirements

1) Bachelor's Degree In Event/Communication/Social Science/Business/Marketing is required. 2) Related work experience in relevant field is an added advantage. 3) Experience in organising event/projects during tertiary education is required. 4) Demonstrated capacity to think strategically, take initiative, and execute strategies, including the ability to define program objectives, evaluate progress and manage projects through a complete lifecycle. 5) Inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills, creative and innovative 6) Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required 7) Computer-literate with high competencies in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
