Speedhome is a property rental transaction platform visited by more than 600,000 users.

Product managers are responsible to identify users’ pain points and working with software engineers to deliver better software in an attempt to enhance users’ experience.

Speedhome’s product managers had introduced a couple of wildly successful features that innovated the property rental industry, here’s the key example:

- More than 12,000 tenancy agreements were signed digitally via Speedsign, the proprietary digital tenancy agreement signing solution

- The largest zero deposit rental platform in Malaysia that successfully transacted RM200 million worth of tenancy between landlords and tenants with the online-first model.

- More than 10 million chat messages were exchanged on the platforms within 2021 which enabled landlords and tenants to conclude the transaction without many physical meetings.

- The machine-learning powered tenant screening solution to detect a potential payment defaulter and eliminated the poor practice of racial bias in the tenancy screening process.

- The only rental platform in Malaysia that provides a truly end-to-end service value chain such as demand-supply matching platform, in-app chat conversations, appointment management, booking management, credit checking, tenancy agreement signing, rental collection, dispute resolution and renewal management.

For you to be successful in product management, you are required to:

- Constantly interacting with users and analyzing users’ feedbacks for the sole purpose of understanding their point of view and pain points

- Constantly initiate researches that involve crafting hypothesis, making careful observations about user behaviours and testing assumptions.

- Derive solutions in an attempt to resolve the issues or improve user experience

- Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities in growing usage frequency and improve conversions

- Be analytically driven in approaching the design of the solutions

Requirement:

- There’s no academic requirement or experience required for this job position. However, you do require to fill in an assessment for us to better understand if you are suitable for the role.

Salary:

- Depending on your assessment outcome, we intend to offer 5-30% higher than your current/previous salary. This indicates you will be better compensated than other similar positions. If you are a fresh graduate, you will be offered 20% higher than the average salary of a fresh graduate general position.
