Job Description

1. Be the face of the EGH by being a good brand ambassador and upholding professionalism and courtesy with all stakeholders at all times.

2. Have a firm understanding of EGH and TSC’s USPs and learn how to upsell and cross-sell our facilities and services to potential and existing clients.

3. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating EGH tenant needs and providing services and solutions as required.

4. Respond to RFQs and follow up on sales leads by preparing sales and/or event proposals in a timely and detailed manner.

5. Conduct tours of TSC for individuals or groups as requested.

6. Attend to the EGH front desk punctually and meticulously every day.

7. Manage and maintain a database of existing and prospective clients, including a coworking space management software in future.

8. Manage the EGH website, FB page, monthly MailChimp newsletters and EventBrite invitations.

9. Help to project manage monthly events and activities.

10. Assist the HOD with reasonable ad hoc tasks as and when delegated.

Job Requirements

1. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task

2. Above average verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

3. Possess a positive, energetic and friendly attitude/demeanor

4. Has a hunger to excel and step outside one’s comfort zone

5. Good self and time management skills

6. Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

7. Min Bachelor’s degree required (any field)

8. 3-4 years’ hands on experience in an office or corporate environment

9. Previous event or project management experience is favourable

10. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus
